THEATER
The Featured Players Theatre, 137 N. St. Andrews St., Dothan, will perform "The Dizzy Princesses" a fairy-tale parody by Michael C. Prichard. When Snow White begins to question the meaning of "happily ever after" she calls on some familiar faces to discuss their own fairy tale endings. Recounted are the tales of "Cinderella and her 40-something Prince Not-So-Charming," "Beauty and the man who still acts like a Beast," "Narcoleptic Sleeping Beauty," and "Snow White and the One Schizophrenic Dwarf." As their conversation concludes, a plot twist is revealed that sets the stage for a second act, even wackier than the first. "The Dizzy Princesses" runs Aug. 3, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24 and 25. Admission is $10 for adults, $6 for children (cash or check only). Play starts at 7 p.m. For reservations or information, call 334-673-1243.
